Building Bi-Folds?
Hardware supplier AT Precision has launched a new range of aluminium profile, ensuring fabricators have access to everything they need in order to manufacture a complete bi-fold door.
The investment in the profile includes new specialist machinery to design the profile and a new machine to manufacture a thermal break in-house.
“Since opening our doors in 2020, we’ve been manufacturing the Everglide range of bi-fold hardware, which includes rollers, top guides, pull handles, cleats and shootbolt handles, as well as the Everseal range of gaskets,” explains At sales director Michael Hewitt.
“Both ranges are compatible with most major systems and because they’re manufactured in-house, come at a very affordable rate, potentially saving aluminium fabricators thousands of pounds a year.”
Increased stock
Hewitt adds: “Over the past 12 months, we’ve expanded our portfolio with a range of plastic ancillaries, a range of espagnolette window handles and a multi-point lock from Ingenious Locks.
“The combination of all these product investments meant we were able to supply fabricators with everything they needed to manufacture a bi-fold door apart from glass.”
